[CM10/10.1] Disable emulated storage?

I see threads like this everywhere, but it always seems to end in some half-ass, after-boot, sloppy, app based solution. I want to disabled it completely. I will build the ROM if that's what it takes, but I would rather stick with tweaking the mount file or something to that nature. There is a similar thread here, but again another after-boot app based solution.

P.S.: Please, please, please, do not comment abount not needing it, cross mounting, etc. It just frustrates me and clutters the thread with unwanted replies.
