galaxy tab 4 wont boot, hanging at Samung logo

hello

i rooot my galaxy tab with odin and after i could start the tab and do everything. so i tryed to copie apps with es file explorer to folder apps. after i did sometimes some apps began to stop, i became warnings, that email stopped, weather and after a while also subersu.

after a while i restarted the tab and then it hang at the samsung logo.

i also tryed allready a wipe in recovery mode

that was my first root, but everything gone well. so if u know something, please explain it, because i dont know so much about rooting and these things.
