After tried several ROMs i came to the conclusion that the one that best meets my needs is the AROMA (android 4.0.4). I've tried several ROM's with android 4.1/4.2/4.3 but the results turn out to be not so good in my opinion. What is the best ROM for you and what "tricks" you use in the ROM ?
