Arabic font issue after updating to 4.0.4

Hi,

Currently am facing a strange issue with my tab after I updated to 4.0.4, basically the last update broke my tab Arabic font.

The font is extremely small, and changing the font didn't help I downloaded new fonts but it didn't change the browser font.

Please help
