So my dad gave me his galaxy tablet 10.1 from korea and the following is some information:

32GB WIFI 3G
White Color
Android Version: 3.2
Build number
HTK75D.EK10 SHW-M38OS.Ek10.1321
I thought as long as I changed the language to English, I should be all set until I tried to download netflix on google play and it told me its not downloadable in my country...Except i live in California. I understand that it still thinks im in korea i guess.
If I want this to work 100% in the US, should I root it and put a custom rom in it? recommendations?
