[Q] Need Help. Booting mode error

hi, this is my 1st thread.

I need help. I try to update my Galaxy from 3.2 to 4.1. I downloaded Odin v3.04 and recovery.tar.md5.
After I install the recovery.tar and restart the device, the stock recovery is error. the screen just flickering.
can anyone help? sorry I'm noob for this problem.
