My Galaxy Tab 10.1 turns off in standby mode

Hi.
One question.
My Tablet turns off in standby mode.
If i use tablet all is ok, but if I leave the tablet in standby mode, after some time tablet off.

If i want use tablet again i must on.
is there any option that it causes?

I done hard reset and nothing :/
